If an item is received back to us damaged we will make you aware upon receipt so you can process a damage claim with your carrier. A Returns Authorisation number and completed returns form are still required. Customers have 14 days to return any goods, any items returned outside of the statutory 14 day period will be subject to a restocking fee.
